2. Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address and store name.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. AI Trading Experts is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Vendor Obligations
- Provide accurate product listings and descriptions.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Process orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Listing or selling illegal or prohibited items.
- Using the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
- Violating intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or functionality.
6. Fees and Payments
Vendors may be subject to fees as outlined in our pricing policy, which will be communicated separately. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your sales on the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet vendor obligations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI Trading Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
